Fields

RES

ADC resolution.

0 (8bit): 8bit ADC resolution.

1 (9bit): 9bit ADC resolution.

2 (10bit): 10bit ADC resolution.
INPSEL

ADC input selection.

0 (AnalogInputNoPrescaling): Analog input specified by PSEL with no prescaling used as input for the conversion.

1 (AnalogInputTwoThirdsPrescaling): Analog input specified by PSEL with 2/3 prescaling used as input for the conversion.

2 (AnalogInputOneThirdPrescaling): Analog input specified by PSEL with 1/3 prescaling used as input for the conversion.

5 (SupplyTwoThirdsPrescaling): Supply voltage with 2/3 prescaling used as input for the conversion.

6 (SupplyOneThirdPrescaling): Supply voltage with 1/3 prescaling used as input for the conversion.
REFSEL

ADC reference selection.

0 (VBG): Use internal 1.2V bandgap voltage as reference for conversion.

1 (External): Use external source configured by EXTREFSEL as reference for conversion.

2 (SupplyOneHalfPrescaling): Use supply voltage with 1/2 prescaling as reference for conversion. Only usable when supply voltage is between 1.7V and 2.6V.

3 (SupplyOneThirdPrescaling): Use supply voltage with 1/3 prescaling as reference for conversion. Only usable when supply voltage is between 2.5V and 3.6V.
PSEL

ADC analog pin selection.

0 (Disabled): Analog input pins disabled.

1 (AnalogInput0): Use analog input 0 as analog input.

2 (AnalogInput1): Use analog input 1 as analog input.

4 (AnalogInput2): Use analog input 2 as analog input.

8 (AnalogInput3): Use analog input 3 as analog input.

16 (AnalogInput4): Use analog input 4 as analog input.

32 (AnalogInput5): Use analog input 5 as analog input.

64 (AnalogInput6): Use analog input 6 as analog input.

128 (AnalogInput7): Use analog input 7 as analog input.
EXTREFSEL

ADC external reference pin selection.

0 (None): Analog external reference inputs disabled.

1 (AnalogReference0): Use analog reference 0 as reference.

2 (AnalogReference1): Use analog reference 1 as reference.
